Well we all made it safely home from our family vacation. Everybody had a fantastic time with memories we will have forever. I found out that humidity didn't make my RA systems disappear.
I had 12 days of not having to take a pain pill. The second to last day in Florida my shoulders an elbows starting burning really bad.
Maybe it was The Family time that made my brain forget what my body was normally feeling. I don't know maybe sometime I will learn why.
Home and back to the grind with work, traffic, stress and my Pain. It is what it is so at least I have my BED.

Gaining weight
Well it's Monday the 18th and I've been on the Disney Ship "The Fantasy" for 2-1/2 days. I think I've gained 5 pounds already. 5 more days we will see.
Amazing sights and Feeling great
Today is Wednesday the 20th and I haven't had to take a pain pill since last Wednesday yeaaa. I have walked miles and I have been up and down a million stairs. Maybe what I need is humidity and heat. Well maybe not, I was raised in Los Angeles and I can't probably count the humid days we've had on one hand. More to come.
