The Beach

I walked Epcot all day yesterday and like last night, today I felt wonderful. I think vacation makes me feel better.

It doesn't matter if it's East Coast or West Coast the Beach is amazing (cocoa beach Fl). I hope everyone is feeling better today.

Epcot

Spent 7 hours walking around Disney's Epcot today. Crazy weather from 97 humidity to 75 degrees in 20 minutes. Felt great little sore with some swelling but life's good.

Leaving on Vacation

My family is leaving this Wednesday for a 13 day trip. We are flying from LA to Orlando Fl. Then we will take a cruise into the Caribbean. I will try to update with photos and info.
